How does it work?
The Handyman Service Ticket mobile app allows handyman field service technicians, customer service management and field service scheduling employees to complete a service ticket for handyman service using a hand held mobile device using real time data. The app allows customer service employees to dispatch the handyman service ticket to a field service technician using the GoCanvas dispatch feature. The app generates a PDF and records handyman service request items such as ticket number, vendor name, date, address, approver code, employee number, description of handyman work, subtotals and totals, remarks and captures a signature for customer authorization.
