The Alaska Food Establishment Inspection mobile app covers employee hygiene items such as employees regularly washing their hands in a sink with hot water, a soap dispenser and drying with paper towels. The app covers cross contamination items such as utensils and surfaces that contact raw meat are not used to prepare ready-to-eat foods. The app includes food facility pest control to make sure that rodents and other pests are not present. The Alaska Food Establishment Inspection mobile app generates a PDF of the inspection findings.
