A Debris Management Plan allows for flexibility to consider, approve, or disapprove reasonable requests for authorizations, variances, and waivers as needed for rapid and environmentally sound waste management, recycling, and disposal. A primary objective of the Emergency Debris Site: Weekly Debris Management Report mobile app is to conserve landfill capacity and to protect natural resources to the maximum extent practicable.
