Companies applying for registration must comply with the Environmental Management Act and all government regulations. A new registration must be completed when a facility is bought, transfer of ownership, or a change in original details has occurred.
When applying for authorization for disposal of all hazardous waste and solid waste, a facility must include all information about the registrant, facility location, operators, and other business information.
