EPA Protocols Equip. Leak Emission: Data Coll. Form for Fugitive Emissions Bagging Test (Blow-Thru) Mobile App
The EPA Protocols Equipment Leak Emission: Data Collection Form for Fugitive Emissions Bagging Test (Blow Through Method) app is used to record data obtained from a fugitive emissions bagging test, using the blow through method.
How does it work?
Fugitive emissions are emissions of gases or vapors from pressurized equipment due to leaks and other unintended or irregular releases of gases, mostly from industrial activities. As well as the economic cost of lost commodities, fugitive emissions contribute to air pollution and climate change. Collecting data concerning emissions from valves, pipes, and storage vessels using a leak detection test such as bagging via the blow through method allows for inspectors to identify leaks, leak rates, air pollutants, particulate emissions, and more important data.
