The Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation Requirement Transmittal app will help track all needed documents for a contractor to claim DVBE participation.
How does it work?
The construction project being bid on should have all details including project name, location, bid date, and project number listed. The name of the company submitting a bid proposal should also be included.
The DVBE Transmittal form must be used as a cover sheet for all required documents and be sent submitted within 24 hours of the bid proposal. All documents should be attached to the transmittal sheet. The required documents include the summary of DVBE participation, the bidder's certification of subcontractors and suppliers DVBE participation, DVBE declarations, and any other supporting documents.
