The owner will provide information about the designer, owner, General Arrangement Plan, and the beginning and end date of construction. Details about the construction site, outfitting site, freight class, hull number and class designation, dimensions of the vessel, type of propulsion, and cargo hold information must also be submitted.
All certificates and documents for regulation of pollution, tonnage certificates, dangerous goods and hazardous material container certification, and documents allowing for travel in international waters must be presented. The owner should submit the full designs of the vessel, hull, bulk carrier, cargo hold including containers for the dry bulk, hatch cover, and any other special equipment. The technical data for the vessel and cargo hold should also be submitted.
