Checklist of Labor Law Requirements Mobile App

Each contractor, subcontractor, replacement or sub-tier subcontractors working on the project must provide and explain all labor law requirements and acknowledge them before commencing construction. After reading all laws each contractor or subcontractor must acknowledge reading it and provide the project name and ID.

The following labor laws should be explained including prevailing wages, overtime, penalties, certified records, prohibited fees, workers compensation, and travel and subsistence. All required documentation including certified payroll records and apprenticeships for subcontractors should also be included. The contractor should certify that they will comply with all labor law requirements.
