The proposed change should also be classified as an error, unforeseen, regulatory, unavailable materials, or other.
The proposed change preparation and construction estimated cost and the funding for the proposal should all be calculated. Any recommendations for the construction administrator, facility planner, design manager or other officials should also be noted.
