The Compressed Air System Supply Side and Leak Detection Checklist is a checklist to identify usages of compressed air within the facility where the compressed air system is being evaluated for supply side opportunities.
How does it work?
Leak detection is required for a supply side study. During the leak identification process, the auditor is asked to help identify compressed air usages and approximate the quantity of these uses in this checklist. The uses include such things as air tools, valves, cylinders, compressed air, air tools, valves, cylinders, air motors (mixers, pumps, etc.), electric panel cooling (cabinet coolers), diaphragm pumps, dust collectors utilizing pulse jet, aeration or sparging, abandoned equipment w/ compressed air etc. The form is signed and dated by the person performing the checks.
