Internal Monitoring Imported Food Port Audit Protocols (UK) Mobile App
The Internal Monitoring Imported Food Port Audit Protocols (UK) is an audit checklist that has been developed for on-site inspection
How does it work?
by an internal auditor specifically for audits of authorities with imported food control responsibilities (import food products not of animal origin (ie not meat and poultry) at points of entry into the UK i.e. sea and air ports, maritime sectors and other maritime entities. Information regarding how the Authority should set up, maintain and implement documented internal monitoring standards and procedures in accordance with the relevant Food Safety Act Code of Practice and centrally issued guidance. Includes a detailed checklist of what is involved to effectively monitor and to ensure that corrective action is carried out. The ultimate goal of food inspections is to ensure the safety and quality management of all food products reaching commerce.
Each inspection checklist is saved in the GoCanvas Cloud and can be emailed or printed as a PDF if you need to share it with food managers for corrective action, or keep for your records. This app can be downloaded to an iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
