General Affidavit (Australia) Mobile App
The General Affidavit app generates an affidavit form that can be used for a variety of legal purposes.
How does it work?
Affidavits are written statements made under oath. This form takes the name of the deponent, their address, and the facts associated with the statement being made in the affidavit. The oath in an affidavit is called an affirmation, and is an assurance that a statement is made in good faith, is bona fide, and that the facts surrounding it are true and not characterized in an improper way. In many cases, affidavits can be used as an attachment or supporting document to a legal filing, and may remove the need for a deponent to appear in court or in an actual deposition.
