Details of maintenance and repairs and care of the unit are included in the rental agreement. A section detailing that pets are not allowed on the premises without written consent of the landlord with pent rent and deposit outlined, as well as outlines of noise/waste, compliance with the law, waivers, indemnification (recommending renter insurance), and covenants. Finally there is a section on lead based paint, rules and regulations, and sever ability of the agreement. The rental agreement ends with a section for signatures from both parties, the landlord and tenant(s). This template provides a detailed lease agreement between landlords and tenants in Kansas.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
