Inspectors can capture information required for state DOT requirements, including: contractor, capacity of trailer, VIN number, safety requirements, vehicle and operator licensing requirements and detailed inspection of equipment and tanks used for potable water. Potable tanks must be used exclusively for drinking water.

The potable water systems, including filling hose and lines, pumps, tanks and distribution pipes, shall be separate and distinct from other waste systems to prevent contamination and to ensure a safe drinking water source. Check if containers have been previously used for grey water, toxic or bio-hazardous substances or anything that could pose a health hazard to public health.

Once the inspection report is complete, signatures can be captured directly on the Smartphone and all information can then be saved safely and securely to the GoCanvas Cloud. The inspection form can be generated into a PDF and emailed to the appropriate parties as requested.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
