A dust control plan is required for all development projects or construction sites with a total disturbed surface area equal to or greater than five (5) acres.

If the project is required to obtain a development construction permit, then the dust control plan shall be submitted with the development review application or the development construction permit application. If the project is not required to obtain a development construction permit, then a copy of the dust control plan shall be available onsite at all times for compliance and inspection purposes.
