This app is a Leadership and Management Course Evaluation.
How does it work?
This training evaluation is used to survey all participants of the course in how they liked it, the relevance to their job, their overall comprehension and even allows them to give notes on how this course will impact their job. This app allows the administrator to add or subtract whatever information they like, in order to fit their purpose. When users make submissions, a PDF version of the survey can be sent to the administrator through email, or, the administrator can collect the form from the secure GoCanvas Cloud.
