As a POD manager, use this application form to record and track data on requirements as part of an overall management plan. As staff, a team, or other user, use this checklist to provide documentation and support to ensure that PODs are in the proper location and handled with quality care, as well as for the purposes of emergency preparedness.
This app is also useful for portable storage containers, storage units, shipping containers, storage facilities and moving containers. “Portable Storage Container” means any container designed for the temporary storage of personal property, which is typically rented to owners or occupants of property for their storage use and which is delivered and/or removed by truck or trailer. Keep in mind that the pod container requirements are for 30 day or less portable storage and not intended for long-term on-site storage.
