It does not alter or determine compliance responsibilities in OSHA standards or the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. The app helps employees with Informal Conference and Settlements and can be modified as needed. You can add additional fields for various relevant topics such as at-will employment, wrongful termination, labor unions, part-time work, on-the-job injury, drug-free workplace, worker compensation claims, sexual harassment, anti-discrimination law and more.
