North Carolina Attorney Contract of Representation for Workers Compensation Mobile App
The client understands that the representation by the firm is limited to representation for the client’s Workers’ Compensation claim.
How does it work?
This contract does not govern appeals. Representation of the client ends when the case is either settled or decided at a hearing and a new contract will have to be entered into should the parties agree to appeal the decision from the Hearing Commissioner. The attorney’s representation is for a Workers’ Compensation claim only and does not include other North Carolina statutory causes of action or federal claims associated with the client’s on the job injury including, but not limited top, wrongful discharge and employment discrimination under the Americans With Disabilities Act.
