GoCanvas Values

Empathy

Empathy drives everything we care about; our relationships with our customers, our relationships with our teammates, & the decisions we make about our product.

Innovation

Innovation is at the heart of what we do. We passionately build software our customers love, so they can do more of what they do best.

Authentic

We bring our whole selves to work, even the quirky sides. We tell the truth, even when it is uncomfortable. We are proud of the honest work our team does.

Impact

Our impact is helping our customers do more of what matters. And our customers do amazing things.

Team Player

We know the best solutions are only possible when everyone brings their unique contributions to the table and works as a team.

Cheeky

We do serious work, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our brand of self-deprecating humor humbles us, bonds us, and endears us to our customers. We hope…

Each quarter we recognize employees who live the GoCanvas values. Congratulations to this quarter’s winners!

Emily Ryan

Senior Director of User Experience
Authenticity Award

Emily challenged the status quo by boldly speaking up for her colleagues and empowering women in the technology industry.

Jason Bilog

Director of Marketing Automation
Innovation Award

Jason is constantly presenting new ideas and finding new areas we can improve with our marketing automation. Any project I’ve ever needed help with he always finds a solution. Jason, you rock!

A Day in the Life at GoCanvas

Current Events

Take a peek at what has been happening recently!

Pride month is an extended celebration in the GoCanvas office. We decorate with rainbow flags, we encourage our team to swap out their usual black GoCanvas tees for a solid color, so that together we become a sea of rainbow support. Here is a photo of our People Team doing just that. Everything we do at GoCanvas is about connecting people. Connecting businesses to their customers, connecting to our Clients, forging deeper connections within our team, and connecting with our community. Diversity at GoCanvas is our commitment to putting people first — a value we live and protect every day and in every interaction. Each June we attend Capital Pride – we are the booth with the Face Paint. In the past we have had rainbow flags to decorate cheeks and arms (and occasionally stomachs- we don’t judge). This year, we were unable to find FacePaint for the Trans, Bi, Pan, and Non-Binary Flags so we made them ourselves. Just our small way of acknowledging and connecting more deeply with the LGBTQ community. In 2020 we are adding Asexual to the mix, too!

Diversity

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.

Awards

We talk a lot about culture, but we think the many awards we’ve won really speak for themselves. These are just a few awards that highlight our culture and company.
