With this large amount of data being collected digitally by field technicians, Select Solutions decided to implement a quick, custom integration for tracking productivity on daily basis. They connected their GoCanvas database with Google Sheets, via Zapier, so that every record captured flows directly into the system. With the data automatically refreshing intoGoogle Sheets, Daryl setup custom Pivot Charts to reflect the data being collected. This gives him and his team real-time, critical insights into how many jobs have been completed, by whom, and much more.

Overall, Select Solutions has seen a major increase in the accuracy of their reporting and the visibility into daily operations. Even with 300+ hours recovered every month, Select Solutions is still searching for new ways they can implement GoCanvas to save more time and money!
