We’ve added the ability to generate unique API keys for authenticating the GoCanvas API. These will allow other systems to access your account without giving out your username and password.
These releases include the ability to make a checkbox required, helpful enhancements to how you view Handoffs, your ability to see farther in the future when it comes to Dispatches, the ability to more easily connect GoCanvas Submissions to payments in Square, and an improvement to number fields on iOS.
We have a few updates to share with you from the past couple of weeks — the first being that we’ve made some big changes on our end that will enable us to deliver new features and updates more frequently.
While much of this release consisted of “behind-the-scenes” updates enabling us to bring you even more improvements in the future, we acted on some of your awesome feedback about things we could do to help improve your experience using GoCanvas.

This past weekend we released what may seem like minor changes, but they are part of an overall effort to make GoCanvas easier to use. Users that are new to our platform can struggle with some elements of it. So we are embarking on a journey to make it simpler and easier. This should help everyone, however. A rising tide lifts all boats!
You can now use Reference Data when creating a dispatch from Workflow & Dispatch page! We know users of our Dispatch service will be dancing at their desks with this update.
