Family Practice Interview Checklist (Canada) Mobile App
Core features are free forever
This checklist covers matters to be discussed and information to be collected before the commencement of family law proceedings.
How does it work?
It focuses on the initial interview with the client, but includes some follow-up from that interview. This checklist is designed to be used with the "Client Identification and Verification Procedure" checklist. The lawyer should also refer, as appropriate, to the checklists for "Family Law Agreement Procedure", "Separation Agreement Drafting", "Marriage Agreement Drafting", "Family Law Proceeding", and "General Litigation Procedure".
