How does it work?
The app records information regarding the personnel involved, patient ID, the location of the occurrence or offense and includes corrective actions and follows up actions. The Blood Bank Disciplinary Action mobile app allows you to replace your paper disciplinary record with a handheld device. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as date of occurrence, time of occurrence, date of report, a brief description of occurrence and follow-up action. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your blood bank records.
