The Yarder Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement app helps to protect a lessor, and identifies the rental charges, rental period, and terms for loss or damage outside of normal wear and tear to yarder equipment. It is not uncommon for damage to occur to equipment used in logging such as a yarder. When that happens, a renter should be responsible to agree to pay for these damages or loss. This app contains provisions in which a renter is required to indemnify and hold harmless a lessor for damage or even bodily injury resulting from repossessing unreturned or unpaid for yarding equipment. The app also ensures that a lessee agrees to pay for attorneys' fees or legal expenses related to recovering equipment or payment for equipment. The app is easily customizable and can be altered to include provisions such as requiring liability insurance, providing written consent for equipment inspections, and recovering expenses incurred outside of legal fees for retrieving equipment or securing payment.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
