How does it work?
All project soils designated in the Dust Control Plan have been permanently stabilized by the method(s) selected in the app. Use the app to further verify that this project has not created any emission units that require an Air Quality Operating Permit (issued by NDEP). This form must be submitted within 20 working days of the completion or long-term curtailment of the project. The Certificate of Project Completion mobile app allows you to replace your paper certificate with a mobile device. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as dust control information, closure information, owner/operator statement, inspection results and captures the code compliance officer's signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your dust management records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.
