The mobile form includes fields to document items such as project details, treatments for preventing carryout, record keeping for cleanup of carryout and track out, plot drawing and captures a signature for certification. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your dust management records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form. At least one key individual representing the owner or operator, or any person who prepares a Dust Control Plan must complete a Dust Control Training Course presented by the District. Please contact the District to find out when courses are being offered. Regardless of whether a Construction Notification or Dust Control Plan is required, the owner or operator of any construction project shall comply with all other applicable requirements of Regulation VIII, and other District Rules. Construction Notifications and Dust Control Plans should be submitted to the District’s Compliance Division.
