Fugitive Dust Plan (FDP) Application
This app creates a fugitive dust plan required for grading projects that are outside of naturally occurring asbestos (NOA) designated areas.

You must notify AQMD at least 48 hours prior to commencing grading activities and 2 hours prior to commencing any blasting. An approved Fugitive Dust Plan must be available on site at all times. The Fugitive Dust Plan (FDP) Application mobile app allows you to replace your paper dust control plan with a smartphone, tablet or computer. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as owner information, contractor information project details, potential sources of fugitive dust emissions and earthmoving activities. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your dust management records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.
