It is to be filled-out anytime a deficiency is found on a vessel or one of its systems that are required to be monitored in accordance with the Tank Barge Action Plan. A Correction Report is to be completed whether or not the item is repaired on the spot or remains outstanding. The completed forms shall be retained on file for 2 years, and made available to the Coast Guard during its TBSIP Oversight Inspections. The TBSIP Tanker Barge Streamlined Inspection Program: Correction Report mobile app allows you to replace your paper report with an Android, iPhone, tablet or Windows desktop computer. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as vessel name, official number, company TBSIP personnel, phone and deficiencies. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your tanker barge records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
