How does it work?
There are five basic screens: providing service to people, personal data, service needed/completed, total, and technician/customer signature. This service invoice form application tracks all the basic information of the service order: customer name, address, phone number, appliance model and serial number, lists of all parts used and their prices, totals, and Service Technician's/Customer's signature capture.
This appliance service application does the math for you, adding up subtotals throughout the customer service process. Make this application more powerful by uploading your own parts/product lists. This app can be filled out on a variety of Motorola Solutions devices, including the ES400 and ET1.
For example, if a customer needs refrigerator repair because the ice maker isn't working, you can capture all pertinent customer information and all needed information to perform the necessary repair service on the refrigerator, including brand and needed parts. The Appliance Service app will automatically create the repair invoice for expedited customer service.
