Good Practice in Postoperative and Procedural Pain: Orchidopexy Mobile App
How does it work?
The Good Practice in Postoperative and Procedural Pain: Orchidopexy mobile app is intended to be used by professionals involved in the acute care of children undergoing pain management after surgery or for painful medical procedures. It is designed to provide evidence-based information on the assessment of pain and the efficacy of pain management strategies. The app includes advice on the assessment of pain including evidence levels and grade of recommendation specific to Orchidopexy. Orchidopexy usually involves surgical exploration of the inguinal region, dissection and traction of the spermatic cord and scrotal incision may also be required. Orchidopexy is generally performed on a day case basis. A GoCanvas account can be specified as being HIPAA compliant.
