Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) under the general industry standard 29 CFR 1910.124, 1910.125 and 1910.132. The checklist applies to dip tanks in educational buildings. It also applies to any vapor area containing dangerous quantities of flammable vapors in the vicinity of dip tanks, their drain boards, or associated drying, conveying, or other equipment during operation or shutdown periods.
