Cameron Centrifugal Turnaround Inspection Checklist Mobile App
Centrifugal air compressors consist of rotating impellers that create a radial flow of air.
How does it work?
Centrifugal air compressors need to be checked routinely to make sure that they are working up to standard and that the movement of air is correct. Addressing issues found during centrifugal compressor inspections may be a defining factor in reducing costs in the long-term.
This mobile app is used for performing a refined maintenance inspection for centrifugal compressors. It lists out each part of the compressor, including the gearcase, centrifugal compressor impellers, intercoolers, aftercoolers, lube oil systems, control valves and drive motors. You can customize the app template to include more if necessary. For example, if you perform a mechanical running test and want to include your findings, you could add that into the app.
This is a great resource for those working in maintenance inspection services or working specifically on air compressors.
