Unlike more thorough pre-purchase home inspections, the four-point inspection is a limited, visual survey of the air conditioning and heating, electrical and plumbing and the roofing systems. Property and casualty insurance companies use the condition of your home based on the results of the four-point insurance inspection to determine the rate and coverage limits for your insurance policy.

Once all areas of the homeowner insurance inspection have been completed and all requirements of the four-point insurance inspection report have been met, inspectors can sign off on the results electronically and send them off to the insurance company for evaluation. This helps ensure that your insurance coverage properly reflects the condition of your home in case of damage to your property.

As an inspector, use this app to identify and determine problems, concerns or hazards that are relevant to insurance coverage renewal or sign up. Improve the inspection process for real estate property, identifying any physical damage on homes that could impact an insurance policy.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
