When a GoCanvas employee leaves GoCanvas employment, they can use their smartphone or tablet to review and sign the GoCanvas Internal NDA, guaranteeing confidentiality regarding their employment with GoCanvas. Their written consent indicates they will not disclose or use proprietary information outside of their GoCanvas employment without prior written consent. Former employees will want to refer back to the non-disclosure policy and terms as they seek employment elsewhere.
After gathering the electronic signatures from the employee, each and every GoCanvas non-disclosure agreement form will be stored safely and securely to the company's private GoCanvas Cloud. Generate a PDF form to send the NDA to the HR department, the former employee, and other parties as appropriate.
