Primarily, they are used to lift and lower heavy items and move them from one location to another. They do so using a system of a hoist rope, wire ropes or chains, and sheaves. It is often preferable to lease the equipment, rather than purchase or rent, so a company or general contractor has access to the crane when it needs it, but is not responsible for the cost and expense of maintaining it for the life of the equipment. The Crane Lease Agreement app should be used by both a lessor and lessee to define the terms of the lease contract. The crane lease app will outline the lease term, lease payments, tax, liability insurance, property damage costs, and other contract provisions and any other details under applicable law. The app can be customized to have specific lease terms, leasing options, monthly payments, a purchase option, and more.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
