Indoor Air Quality Report

Form Template

Evaluating indoor air quality is an important part of a mold inspection as well as the mold remediation process - pre-remediation air quality can determine the dangers posed by any present mold, while post-mediation air quality reports can help to determine if the remediation process was successful, or whether additional work is required such as air cleaners and purifiers, further mold removal, and more.

This Indoor Air Quality Report app uses two samples of air - one from inside a building, and one from outside the building which serves as a control sample. Inspection details include noting indoor and outdoor air temperature and humidity, weather conditions, the type of building being assessed and evaluated, the number of air samples taken, any surface samples taken, specialty equipment used, and more. Once an air sample is taken, it is documented and can be sent to a lab for further analysis for microbial contamination. Indoor mold can negatively impact indoor air quality as mold spores can be allergens and can also produce mycotoxins which can be hazardous to the health of a building's occupants.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
