How does it work?
By conducting a hazard analysis, a brewer can determine what these critical control points are, then monitor the process and establish preventive controls to ensure the failures do not occur. The Brewery Industry Plan - CCP Determination Form (Canada) app should be used by a brewer to determine if there are any weaknesses in the process so they can establish corrective actions. Monitoring the process will allow for critical limits and preventive controls to protect consumers and employees from harm. The app will outline local and dry ingredients, packaging or cleaning materials, and other ingredients and materials. The brewer should note if any biological or chemical hazards that can have negative health impacts are identified.
