When an incident occurs in the workplace that requires the use of first-aid, the injury should be documented by a manager or supervisor. Details of the incident should be documented in the Brewery & Distillery First Aid Record (Form 55B23) - WorkSafe BC. The app should be used by employees and managers to document where on the work site this happened, the task the employee was performing when the injury occurred, level of care required, treatment given to the injured employee and the names of any witnesses. The manager should also note if an ambulance was called, equipment involved, and behaviors that led to the incident.
