This equipment is generally leased by a construction or logging company to help clear land areas the company is harvesting or clearing. Heavy equipment such as a yarder or other logging equipment is often leased or rented as opposed to purchasing. The equipment is large and difficult to store, and over time becomes cost prohibitive to maintain and repair for intermediate or irregular use, so many companies with short or medium term logging needs opt to lease as supposed to buy. The Yarder Lease Agreement app will outline lease and terms for the heavy equipment, including the finance options, down payment, and number of years on the lease. The agreement can be tailored easily to meet the needs of various operations, for example, a timber harvesting company may require the equipment seasonally, while a construction company clearing an area may need the equipment for only a short term felling and clearing operation.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
