The Oscilloscope Calibration Record Form app can be used with the Oscilloscope Calibration Procedure app to record measurements from the calibration procedures. With the form, the app user can note the equipment used, temperature, and location of calibration procedures. After conducting a visual inspection, the app user will record the measured values of both the frequency measurement and DC voltage measurement using the calibration device based on standard value specifications. The percent deviation of the frequency measurement and DC voltage is graphed for the app user to indicate necessary adjustments to the test instrument.
