Heavy equipment, such as front shovels, mini excavators, and other types of equipment, are often leased. Many businesses choose to go this route, instead of short-term rentals or purchasing outright because they may need the equipment for an extended period of time but don't want to pay for all the wear and tear on the equipment or deal with ongoing maintenance, or because of a need to maintain a positive cash flow on their balance sheet. When this is the case, having an equipment rental agreement in place is critical to ensure that all terms and conditions between a lessor and lessee are in place. This can include items such as the lease term, rental payments, costs, a security deposit, attorneys' fees, purchase options at the end of the lease contract, warranties on the equipment, and other obligations of the renting parties. The app ensures that rental equipment is in working order and that the lessor or lessee are protected when renting equipment.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
