While frequency counters are typically easy to use, the device must be calibrated regularly for accurate data collection of the signal receiver. The user of this app can use the Frequency Counter Record Form app to record measurements and output from the frequency counter calibration process. While engaging in the calibration process, the app user will record measurements from a device, using a reference oscillator that can transmit at a known frequency rate in order to remove any measurement uncertainty from having an unknown transmitter. The app user will go through the step-by-step process, making note of the visual inspection and recording the measured values of voltage for the standard values. With the form, the app user can include any additional observation about the device and note the next calibration date.
