The Animal Control Potential Rabies mobile app allows veterinary personnel to replace paper forms with an electronic record that may be accessed from a smartphone, tablet or desktop. The mobile form records the date, time, and the nature of exposure to an infected animal. It can also record the location of the incident and date the animal impounded by an ACO.
Once the mobile app is completed, a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your animal control records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.
