Describe what is checked. List each water quality constituent monitored, sample location, the instrument used, and frequency of sampling. Include the manufacturer's calibration procedures for each instrument listed in the previous table. List the frequency at which each instrument is calibrated. List each pump, its location, pump type, and capacity. Describe how coagulant chemical is mixed after injection (i.e., flash mixer, static mixer, in the pipe, etc.). Describe clarifier or flocculation and sedimentation basin. Include physical dimensions and design capacity. Describe how flow rate through the filters is adjusted and controlled. Describe your monitoring program for documenting compliance with turbidity backwash standards. Include the instrument used, sample tap locations and frequency of sampling.
