If a user desires accuracy, precision, and reliability from the scale, it is critical that one calibrate the weighing instrument and equipment on a regular basis. The Weight Scale Calibration Procedure outlines the steps to calibrate the measuring device for accuracy in the number on display. The app guides the user in three steps to calibrate the weighing device. Before beginning the calibration, the app user should prepare the record form and clean the weight scale's measuring surface. For each test characteristic, the app user is provided with the test method and the acceptable limit. For example, to level the scale surface, the app user should level the scale using its adjustable feet, checking the bubble-level just behind the digital readout. The test characteristic is calibrated and within acceptable limits of precision when the bubble remains in the inner marked circle. Standard weights or calibration weight sets can also be used for a balance calibration or verification of the efficacy of the calibration procedure.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
