Like a conventional lathe, the CNC lathe is used in metal production. The CNC lathe requires annual calibration to work effectively. The CNC Lathe Calibration Procedure app will be a useful tool for calibrating CNC systems and, in turn, completing lathe work with accuracy. The app guides a technician through the calibration process and offers a tool for recording each measurement. The app will guide the technician through a three-step process to calibrate the lathe. In the first step, the technician will measure the run-out face and run-out rim of the spindle. Then, the technician will document the digital display and measured value of the x-axis and z-axis. With the app, a technician can note the description of the calibration service and will find a useful image of the parts of the device.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
