In order to maintain that level of precision, the CNC lathe should be calibrated at regular intervals. The CNC Lathe Calibration Procedure app will guide a technician through a step-by-step process to calibrate the tool. Included in the procedures are helpful diagrams of the parts of the lathe. With each step, the app user will find the test method and acceptable limits of the test characteristic. For example, to calibrate each of the x, y, and z-axis scale, the app user will find specific instructions to zero the dial indicator and digital readout. During the entire calibration process, the technician must use the CNC Lathe Calibration Record Form app to record the dial indicator and digital readouts.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
