In order to achieve accuracy in measurement, the technician must calibrate the tool at regular intervals. The Height Gauge Procedure Form app will provide a technician with the procedures for calibrating, and serve as a record-keeping tool for calibration of the measuring device. The app user will note basic details including the type of tool, the temperature, and the calibration date and technician completing the calibration. The app user will indicate the calibration interval, the calibration procedure, and the serial number of the tool. The app user engages in a three-step process beginning with a visual inspection, recording standard value and the measured value of the depth, and the standard and measured value of the anvil. The app user will find a useful figure drawing of the parts of the height gauge. Finally, the tool will calculate the standard deviation and graph measurements collected.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
