With the Santa Barbara Cannabis Supplemental Application app, applicants can complete and submit the necessary supplemental documents along with an application for a Land Use Permit (LUP), Coastal Development Permit (CDP), Conditional Use Permit (CUP), and/or Development Plan (DVP) for commercial cannabis activities. With the checklist provided, the app user can indicate all applicable activities for license applications including marijuana cultivation, manufacturing, testing, distribution, and retail. Next, the app user will check all documents that are included in the supplemental application. The app includes a list of circumstances for which businesses would require an exemption for marijuana growing activities including cannabis nurseries near to schools and in existing developed rural neighborhoods. The app user will include the necessary information to guide businesses in meeting zoning regulations. This app offers a step-by-step guide in organizing supplemental materials for the licensing process.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
